Volunteers to assist with and/or lead activities for Oakwood Village University Woods general or memory care assisted living residents. Volunteers are needed to do this a few times a month or once a week during the week or on the weekends, morning, afternoon or early evening.

Assistance will include helping residents with computer programs or special interest groups. More volunteers are needed to establish more assistance for the residents related to their interests and needs to help them continue to be active and engaged.

Scheduling is negotiable and flexible.

Interested persons need to apply and go through Oakwood Village's registration and orientation process for screening and registration purposes. Additional information and scheduling arrangements will be worked out by the Oakwood Village Volunteer Services Coordinator and the respective Events and Activities Coordinator. Potential volunteers need good social and organizational skills to work cooperatively with the coordinator and residents.
